Okay, guys, so today I tried making peanut butter fudge with just three ingredients. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, let me tell you about my little kitchen adventure.
First off, I gathered my ingredients. You’ll need peanut butter, obviously, some butter, and powdered sugar. That’s it! I was pretty stoked about how easy this was supposed to be. I mean, who doesn’t love a quick and easy dessert, especially when it involves peanut butter?

I started by melting the butter in the microwave. I put it in a microwave-safe bowl and nuked it for about 30 seconds. Then, I dumped in the peanut butter and mixed it all up with a spatula until it was nice and smooth. It smelled pretty amazing at this point, I gotta say.
Next, I gradually added the powdered sugar. I stirred it in a little at a time, making sure it was all combined before adding more. This part got a bit messy, with powdered sugar flying everywhere. Note to self: use a bigger bowl next time.
Once everything was mixed together, I poured the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper. I used an 8×8 inch pan, but you can use whatever you have. Then came the hard part – waiting. I popped the pan into the fridge and set a timer for two hours.
- Those two hours felt like forever! I kept checking on it every 30 minutes, hoping it would magically set faster. I might have sneaked a little taste (or two) from the corners. Don’t judge me!
Waiting Is The Hardest Part
Finally, the timer went off. I pulled the pan out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Then, I carefully lifted the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into little squares.
And there you have it – three-ingredient peanut butter fudge! It turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself. It’s sweet, creamy, and super easy to make. Definitely a win in my book. Give it a try, and let me know how yours turns out!
