Okay, so I’ve been trying to be a bit more mindful of what I’m drinking lately, and that includes those ready-to-drink malt beverages. I picked up a bottle of el Jimador’s malt beverage the other day, and I was like, “I really should know what’s in this thing.” So, I decided to do a little digging into the nutrition facts.
First, I grabbed the bottle. It was the standard size, nothing fancy. I flipped it over and started looking for the nutrition label. You know, the usual stuff – calories, sugar, carbs… that kind of thing.

It took me a bit to actually find a comprehensive breakdown, to be honest. It’s not as straightforward as with, say, a soda. But, after a bit of searching, I did get the basic information from the bottle.
My Little Investigation
- I started by checking several online sources.
- I compared information across a few different retail sites that listed the product.
- I then looked at photos of products, and found nutrition facts label.
It wasn’t the easiest thing to put all this together. I wish brands would just put all this info front and center! But I’ve got something I am happy to share with you, because I did it!
