Okay, so today I decided to check out this place called “Nina’s Traditional Greek Cuisine & Pizzeria”. I’ve been craving some good Greek food, and I saw some decent mentions of it online, so I figured, why not?
First thing I did was look up the address and, you know, make sure it actually existed. Gotta be careful these days! Then I checked their hours to make sure they opened. Everything looked good, so I hopped in the car and headed over.

The Drive & First Impressions
The drive wasn’t bad at all. Finding parking was pretty smooth – found it right away, actually. When I walked in, I was immediately hit with that awesome, warm, inviting smell of…well, cooked food. I noticed it was clean inside and tidy, looked great.
Ordering and Eating!
The menu was pretty extensive. They had all the classic Greek stuff – gyros, souvlaki, spanakopita – but they also had pizza, which, I love, and seems good. I decided to go with the gyro,I had to. It’s always my test for a Greek place.
Here’s the breakdown of my gyro:
- The Meat:Super flavorful, nicely seasoned, and not dry at all. Big points for that!
- The Pita: Soft, warm, and held everything together perfectly. No rips or tears.
- The Tzatziki: Creamy, garlicky, and plenty of it. Exactly what I wanted.
- The Veggies: Fresh tomatoes and onions. They were crisp and added a nice crunch.
Honestly, the gyro was amazing. Really hit the spot. I also grabbed a small side of greek salad. They were generous with the feta, which I appreciate.
Final Thoughts
I’m definitely glad I tried Nina’s. It’s a solid spot for Greek food. I felt the food tasted really good, and they give big portions. I saw some other dishes going by that looked really good, too, so I’ll probably be back to try some of their other stuff. Maybe I’ll try the pizza. If you’re in the area, I think you might enjoy this place.
