Okay, so today I decided to finally check out that Thai place everyone’s been talking about, Sri Siam Thai Cuisine. I’ve been craving some good Pad See Ew, and I heard theirs is amazing.
Getting Started
First, I looked them up online to see their menu and hours. It was easy, I got the information.

Then I hopped into my car. The place isn’t too far, maybe a 15-minute drive.
My First Impressions
When I walked in, I noticed the place was cozy, not too big, not too small. The decoration looked very Traditional Thai style, and there was a relaxing vibe, with some soft Thai music in the background. There were a few people already eating, and it smelled delicious – lots of spices and yummy things.
Ordering the Food
A friendly waitress came over and showed me to a table. I already knew I wanted the Pad See Ew, but I also grabbed some spring rolls as an appetizer. I am a big fan of the spring rolls.
- Spring Rolls: I asked about the ingredients just in case. She said they were the classic veggie ones with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Perfect!
- Pad See Ew:I chose chicken for my * I asked the waitress to make it a little spicy.
The Food Arrives!
The spring rolls came out pretty quickly. They were hot, crispy, and the dipping sauce was just what I expected. They totally hit the spot.
Then my main dish is coming, the Pad See Ew.
It looked fantastic. The noodles were wide and flat, perfectly coated in the sauce, with plenty of chicken and Chinese broccoli. The first bite was delightful. The noodles were cooked just right, the chicken was tender, and it had a great balance of sweet, savory, and that little kick of spice I asked for.

Final Thoughts
I was really happy with my meal. The food was really tasty, the service was friendly, and the restaurant had a cool, comfortable vibe. Sri Siam is not bad. I’ll probably go back sometime soon to try some of their other dishes, maybe a curry next time. Definitely worth trying if you’re into Thai food!
