Ya know, that fella, James Kelly, over at that big hotel, you know, the one with the beach in Miami? Fontainebleau, that’s it. He’s the head cook, the “Chef De Cuisine,” they call it, real fancy. Anyways, he’s makin’ a big splash. People talkin’ about his food, sayin’ it’s real good.

That hotel, it’s a big one, right on the ocean. They got all sorts of places to eat inside, some fancy, some not so much. But James, he’s runnin’ the show in the kitchen, makin’ sure everything tastes right.
- He’s usin’ fresh stuff, that’s what they say. Not that old canned junk, the real deal, ya know? Like stuff from the farm, I reckon.
- And people, they like it. They comin’ from all over just to eat his food. Makes that hotel a place people wanna go.
He’s down there in South Florida, where it’s always warm. They got other places to eat down there too, steakhouses and such. But James, he’s makin’ a name for himself at the Fontainebleau.
They had some event there, back in November, I think. Big to-do, probably lots of folks eatin’ James’s cookin’. That hotel, it’s on Collins Avenue, big street, ya can’t miss it.
They got fancy restaurants in that hotel, real nice ones. But they also got them casual places, where ya can just grab a bite without all the fuss. James, he’s makin’ sure all of it’s good, I bet.
They shut the place down for a bit, I heard. But they opened it back up, and James was there, cookin’ up a storm. They say he’s makin’ that hotel a real special place for food in South Florida.

It’s a big fancy hotel, lots of rooms, right on the ocean. People come from all over to stay there. And now, they got James Kelly in the kitchen, makin’ sure they eat good too.
Like I said, that hotel’s on Collins Avenue, in Miami Beach. You ever down there, you should stop by. Maybe you can try James’s food, see what all the fuss is about.
I saw somethin’ online, about fixin’ a wheel on a suitcase, mentioned that hotel too. Funny, huh? What’s a suitcase wheel got to do with James’s cookin’? But it mentioned his name and that hotel, so it must be important, right?
