Well, let me tell ya ’bout this beverage express thing. It’s for folks who need their drinks and they need ’em now, ya hear?
Now, I ain’t no fancy city slicker, but even I know folks like their drinks. Sometimes you just run outta stuff, or maybe you got company comin’ and you ain’t got enough to go around. That’s where somethin’ like this beverage express comes in real handy, I reckon.

I seen some places, they got them signs that say “fastest alcohol delivery near you.” Well, that sounds mighty good if you ask me. No need to be drivin’ all over creation when you can just have ’em bring it right to your door. And some of ’em, they don’t even make you buy a whole lot. You can just get what you need, a six-pack of beer, maybe a bottle of wine. They say they got free delivery on some orders too, if they get it to you quick, like in 30 minutes. That’s faster than I can walk to the store, that’s for sure!
And it ain’t just beer and wine, mind you. They got all sorts of stuff. Them fancy juices, like that sorrel juice they talkin’ about. Says it’s on sale now. And soda pop, of course. Kids love that stuff. And snacks too! Can’t be havin’ drinks without somethin’ to munch on, right? It’s like they say, you want buy drinks and snacks, wholesale or retail, then Beverage Express is for you, I guess that is right.
Now, some folks, they like to go to the store and pick out their own drinks. That’s fine, I guess. But for them who can’t, or who don’t want to, this delivery thing is a godsend. Specially around the holidays. Like Christmas. They sayin’ you still got time to get your drinks for Christmas. And they open long hours too, from early in the mornin’ till suppertime. Plenty of time to get what you need.
I heard tell of some of these places havin’ websites where you can order online. And then you can go pick it up yourself, they call it “curbside pickup”. Or they’ll bring it right to ya, like I said. Ain’t technology somethin’? Makes things a whole lot easier, even for an old woman like me. Though, I ain’t never used one of them computer things myself.
- Beer Delivery: They got all kinds, I hear. Light beer, dark beer, all them fancy craft beers.
- Wine Delivery: Red wine, white wine, pink wine… Don’t know much about it myself, but folks seem to like it.
- Liquor Delivery: Whiskey, vodka, rum… The strong stuff. Gotta be careful with that, you know.
- Juice and Soda Delivery: For them that don’t drink alcohol, or for the young’uns.
- Snacks Delivery: Chips, nuts, whatever you like to eat with your drinks.
Now, they say you gotta be careful with the drinkin’, though. Can’t be overdoin’ it. Somethin’ about women not havin’ more than one drink a day and men not havin’ more than two. I don’t know much about that. Just don’t go drinkin’ too much or you’ll be sorry in the mornin’. They got different sizes of drinks too, you know. Like a beer, that’s a bigger drink than a little glass of wine. And some of them drinks ain’t got much alcohol in ’em at all. But it all adds up, I reckon.
So, if you ever find yourself in a fix, needin’ some drinks and snacks and can’t get to the store, remember this beverage express thing. It might just save the day. And be sure to check the hours, you know. Don’t want to show up when they’re closed. They usually got them posted on the door or on their website, or whatever them young folks use these days. You know, phone number, address and all that.
Now, I gotta go make myself some tea. All this talk about drinks is makin’ me thirsty. But you go on ahead and try out that beverage express. And don’t forget to drink responsibly, ya hear?
