And that hot and sour soup everyone goes on about. Folks say theirs is mighty good, the best in the whole GR, whatever that is. They got other stuff too, but them’s the ones people talk about.
They got a menu, of course. Every place gotta have a menu, so you know what they got and how much it costs. You can go there and sit down and eat, right in the restaurant. It ain’t a big place, they say. Got a bar too, for them who like a drink with their food. Something called Tsing Tao…sounds foreign, don’t it?

They open all day, see. So you can go there for lunch, or for dinner, whenever you get a hankerin’ for some Chinese food. And they say you can’t go wrong with anything you order. That’s a good sign, ain’t it? Means they take pride in what they cook.
Traditional Chinese-American Cuisine…that’s what they say they make. Now, I ain’t no expert on fancy eatin’, but I know what I like. And if it tastes good, that’s all that matters. It ain’t gotta be fancy, just gotta be tasty.
