Alright, listen up, y’all. Let’s talk about this Mantra Indian & Nepali Cuisine place. I ain’t no fancy food critic or nothin’, but I know good eatin’ when I taste it, and this place, well, it’s somethin’ special.
First off, findin’ the place ain’t too hard. It’s on Trinity Boulevard in Euless. You know, that big ol’ road? Yeah, that’s the one. They got a sign and all, so you can’t miss it, unless you blind as a bat, I reckon.
Now, ’bout the food. They say it’s “authentic” Indian and Nepali. I ain’t sure what all that means, but I know it tastes mighty fine. They got all sorts of stuff, you know? Chicken, lamb, vegetables, all cooked up with them spices. My, oh my, the spices! They make your mouth water and your nose tingle. It ain’t like no food I ever made at home, that’s for sure.
- Chicken Tikka Masala: This one’s a winner, folks. Tender chicken pieces in a creamy, tomatoey sauce. Not too spicy, but just right. Even my picky grandson gobbled it up.
- Lamb Curry: If you like somethin’ with a bit more kick, this lamb curry is the ticket. The lamb is fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sauce is rich and flavorful. It’ll warm you up from the inside out.
- Vegetable Biryani: Now, I ain’t a big vegetable person myself, but this biryani is somethin’ else. It’s rice cooked with all sorts of veggies and spices. It’s a whole meal in one pot, and it’s mighty fillin’.
And let me tell you, they don’t skimp on the portions. You get a good plateful of food for your money. I hate them places where they give you a tiny little bit of food and charge you an arm and a leg. This ain’t one of them places. You’ll leave with a full belly, that’s for sure.
They also do takeout and delivery. Handy if you don’t feel like dressin’ up and goin’ out. I hear tell you can even order online with somethin’ called Seamless or Uber Eats.
