Well, let me tell ya about this here Season Thai Cuisine. It ain’t nothin’ fancy, but it sure is tasty.
You know, I heard some folks callin’ it the best food in the whole wide world. Don’t know ’bout that, but it’s good eatin’, that’s for sure. They got all sorts of flavors goin’ on, sweet and sour, salty and bitter, sometimes all mixed up together. Makes your mouth water just thinkin’ about it.

Now, they got this soup, Tom Yum Goong they call it. Folks all over the world know about it, and for good reason. It’s got this lemony smell, and some kinda leaves and onions, and a bit of lime juice squeezed in. Oh, and don’t forget the fish sauce and them little hot peppers. Phew! Spicy, but good.
And then there’s this Pad Thai. Seems like everyone and their brother loves Pad Thai. Noodles, eggs, shrimp or chicken, all fried up together with some kinda sauce. Tamarind, they say, and fish sauce again, and some lime to make it zing. It’s real popular, they tell me, in Thailand and everywhere else too.
I tell ya, there’s a whole bunch of dishes you gotta try. Someone told me there’s like 35 of ’em, but I ain’t counted. Here’s a few I remember:
- Pad Thai: Like I said, them noodles. Everyone likes ’em.
- Tom Yum Goong: That lemony soup. Good for when you got a cold, or just want somethin’ tasty.
- Green Curry: Now this one’s got coconut milk in it, makes it all creamy and smooth. And green peppers, I think. And lots of other stuff, can’t remember it all.
- Som Tum: This one’s a salad, made with green papaya. It’s crunchy and spicy, real good on a hot day.
- Massaman Curry: Another curry, this one’s got peanuts and potatoes in it. Kind of sweet and mild.
- Red Curry: This one’s red, like the name says. And spicy! Made with red peppers. Hot, hot, hot!
- Larb: This is a meat salad, made with chicken or pork or somethin’. It’s got mint and lime juice in it, real fresh tastin’.
- Mango Sticky Rice: Now this here’s dessert. Sweet rice with mango, kinda sticky, like the name says. Good after all that spicy food.
- Thai Spring Rolls: These are like little rolls filled with veggies and sometimes noodles. Fried up crispy. Good for dippin’ in sauce.
- Pad Kra Pao: Oh yeah, and there’s that Pad Kra Pao, fried up with basil. Good stuff. Real flavorful.
