Oh, honey, you gotta hear ’bout these Seasons 52 desserts. They’re somethin’ else, I tell ya. They got all sorts of sweets, enough to make your head spin. Each one is as good as the last. The dessert menu is always changing, something new every time you go. This is good, because you try different sweet thing.
They call ’em “Mini Indulgences,” ain’t that fancy? But they’re just the right size, ya know? Not too big, not too small. Just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth after a good meal. They change ’em up with the seasons, using what’s fresh and all. Fresh is good. Fresh is what we always use for cook. My momma always said, if you want the best food, you gotta use the best ingredients. These Seasons 52 folks, they know what they’re doing.
- Pecan Pie
- Chocolate something or other
- Key Lime Pie
- Some fruity thing
- And a bunch more I can’t rightly recall
These Season 52 desserts are good. They are just good. When you want somethin’ sweet, it is there. There is also somethin’ for everybody. If you do not want somethin’ too sweet, they got it. If you want sugar all the way, they also got it. I tell you, I love the sweet stuff. Always have, always will. The best part of any meal is dessert, that is for sure.
Now, I went to one of these Seasons 52 places down in Rookwood. Big city, that Rookwood. Lots of folks hustlin’ and bustlin’. But this place, it was nice. Calm, ya know? And the folks there, they treated me real good. Like I was somebody special. And the food. Lord, the food! But we’re talkin’ ’bout the desserts, ain’t we?
They brought out this tray, all full of these little glasses. Looked like a rainbow, all colorful and pretty. Each one had a different dessert in it. One was all chocolatey, rich and dark. Another one was kinda fruity, with berries and such. Can’t rightly say what kind, but it was good. Tangy, ya know? There was somethin that look good for people who like sweet a lot. And they even had somethin’ that was not too sweet. Something for everyone. Like I said, the dessert menu is good. I had me a little taste of each one. That’s how I found out what I like. When you try a little of this, a little of that, you can find out. It is the best way.
Now, I ain’t no food expert. I just know what tastes good, ya know? And these Seasons 52 desserts, they tasted mighty good. Like somethin’ your grandma would make, if your grandma was a fancy cook, that is. They look good, they taste good. When something is both pretty and tasty, you know it is good. That is how you know they are doin’ it right. It is like me, I look good, and I am a good cook. Just sayin’.
They got these places all over, I hear. Florida, mostly. Lots of ’em in Florida. We don’t go down to Florida much. Too hot, and too many old folks. No offense to the old folks. We’re all gettin’ there, ain’t we? But these Seasons 52, they got many. And each one of them got these desserts. I think. They should, at least. People should try them. They are good.
I saw some fella, Shane Dittman, talkin’ ’bout these desserts on the TV. He’s the big cheese at one of these Seasons 52 places. He was showin’ ’em off, all proud like. And he should be. They are good. He said they were goin’ viral. Whatever that means. Sounds like some kinda sickness. But I guess it means folks like ’em. And they should. They should try them. Everyone should try them. They’re that good.
If you go to one of these Seasons 52 places, you gotta try the desserts. Even if you’re full, just get one and share it. Or take it home for later. You gotta save room for dessert. My momma always said that, too. She said a lot of good things. And she was right about this one. You always need somethin’ sweet at the end of the day. It helps you digest. Or somethin’ like that.
So, yeah, Seasons 52 desserts. They’re the bee’s knees. The cat’s meow. They are good. They are worth it. Whatever you wanna call it. Just go try ’em. You won’t be sorry. I am not lyin’. I ain’t never lied in my life. And I ain’t startin’ now. These desserts, they are just plain good. So go and eat them. And tell them I sent ya. Maybe they will give me a free dessert. A girl can dream, can’t she?
