Oh, honey, you wanna know about pork tenderloin tips? I been cookin’ pork since before you were born, let me tell ya. That’s the good stuff, tender and juicy, not like that tough old boot leather some folks try to pass off as meat.

What is Pork Tenderloin Tips

Now, these tenderloin tips, they ain’t like the ribs. Ribs got them bones, you know? And they need a good long cook, low and slow, to get that cartilage all soft and yummy. But these tips, they’re different. Some folks call ’em different names.

But mainly, you need to know it’s a good cut, not too much fat, cooks up real nice. You can do a lot with ’em, these pork tenderloin tips. Fry ’em up, bake ’em, throw ’em in a stew – whatever you like.

Cookin’ Pork Tenderloin Tips

First thing you gotta do, brown that meat. Get a good skillet, nice and hot. Throw that pork in there. Don’t crowd it, now. You want it to brown, not steam. Turn it ’round a few times, get it all nice and brown on all sides. Might take you, oh, six, maybe eight minutes. Don’t rush it.

  • Get a good, hot skillet
  • Brown the pork on all sides
  • Don’t crowd the pan

If you got one of them fancy skillets that can go in the oven, good for you. If not, just put that meat in a bakin’ dish. Then you pop it in the oven. I like to cook it at, oh, ’bout 350 degrees. But you gotta use one of them meat thermometers, you know the kind. Stick it in the thickest part of the meat. When it says 140, that’s when it’s done. Don’t overcook it, now. It’ll get all dry and tough.

Flip the meat, halfway through. Should be cooked in maybe 14 to 18 minutes. I like to let it sit for a bit when its cooked, that way the juices don’t come runnin out and make a mess when you cut it.

Other Ways to Cook ‘Em

Some folks, they like to grill these tenderloin tips. Now, I ain’t much for grillin’, myself. Too much fuss. But if that’s your thing, go for it. You can grill ’em whole, if you like. But then you gotta cut ’em up to eat ’em, right? So why not just cut ’em up first? Makes more sense to me. Cut ’em into little steaks, or chops, whatever you wanna call ’em. Then just grill ’em up like you would any other piece of meat.

Now when you buy pork tenderloin tips, make sure you get good ones, you see lots of pink and not too much of that white stuff on there. You just ask the butcher and he can help you pick em out, that way you get the best ones. And if you get too much, freeze it! It can be kept in there a long time.

Why Pork is Good for Ya

Now, some folks, they got it in their heads that pork ain’t good for ya. Hogwash, I say! Pork’s got all kinds of good stuff in it. Vitamins, minerals, all that. And protein! Keeps you strong, you know. ‘Course, you don’t wanna eat nothin’ but pork, all day, every day. But a little bit, now and then, it ain’t gonna hurt ya none.

Pork Tenderloin Tips What to Do with Them Simple Ways to Cook This Cut

Just remember what I said: pork tenderloin tips, good stuff. Tender, juicy, cooks up easy. Brown it first, then bake it, or grill it, whatever you like. And don’t overcook it! Nobody likes dry, tough meat. If you need a good pork tenderloin tips recipe, just try it my way. It’s easy, don’t take too long to make. Good for a quick meal. You want somethin’ quick and easy, but still tastes good? This is it, right here.

Oh, and don’t forget to clean up your mess when you’re done. Nobody likes a dirty kitchen. And wash your hands, before and after. Gotta keep things clean, you know. Especially when you’re handlin’ raw meat. And use different knives and cutting boards for meat and other things, otherwise you get sick. Raw meat got stuff on it you don’t want on your other food. Keep it separate.

Alright, that’s all I got to say about pork tenderloin tips. Now go on, get cookin’!
