Okay, so I saw this thing online about making peanut butter fudge with just two ingredients. Sounds crazy easy, right? I had to give it a shot. I grabbed a container of that no-stir creamy peanut butter – the 15-ounce one, like the recipe said. Then I picked up some vanilla frosting, the 16-ounce size. That’s all you need, can you believe it?

Mixing it Up

First, I scooped all that peanut butter into a bowl. It was kinda hard to get it all out, had to use a spatula to scrape the sides. Then, I dumped in the whole container of frosting. It looked like a big ol’ pile of sweet goodness. I started mixing it all together. Took a little elbow grease, but eventually it all came together into this thick, smooth mixture.

Getting it Ready

Next, I lined a pan with some parchment paper. Figured that would make it easier to get the fudge out later. I poured the peanut butter mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly. It looked kinda like a giant candy bar. I popped the whole thing in the fridge to let it chill and harden up.

The Moment of Truth

After a few hours, I took the pan out of the fridge. The fudge was nice and solid. I lifted it out of the pan using the parchment paper – worked like a charm! Then I cut it into little squares. They looked pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. Time for the taste test! I took a bite, and man, it was good. Rich, peanut buttery, and sweet. Not bad for just two ingredients, huh?

  • Grab Ingredients: Find a 15-ounce container of no-stir creamy peanut butter and a 16-ounce container of vanilla frosting.
  • Combine: Dump the peanut butter and frosting into a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Prepare Pan: Line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Chill: Pour the mixture into the pan, spread it evenly, and stick it in the fridge for a few hours to harden.
  • Cut and Enjoy: Once it’s solid, lift it out, cut it into squares, and enjoy your super easy homemade fudge!

Honestly, this was way easier than I expected. And it tasted great! Definitely making this again. Maybe next time I’ll try adding some chocolate chips or something. The possibilities are endless!
