OK, let’s talk about the desserts I made today. I feel like having some sweets today, but I don’t want to spend too much time on them. So I decided to make three desserts that are easy to make and, most importantly, quick!
First, I went to look for what I needed. I opened my fridge and found some peaches and raspberries, which reminded me of a recipe called Quick peach Melba crumbles. I think I saw it somewhere on the internet the other day. Then I got some oatmeal and chocolate chips from the pantry. I figured I could make some Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies, and I also got some sugar for making Amish Sugar Cookies at the same time. Finally, I found some ingredients for making cheesecakes. I really love cheesecakes, so I decided to make a super simple one, a 3 Ingredient No Bake Cheesecake.

Quick Peach Melba Crumbles
Alright, let’s start with the peach Melba crumbles. This one is super easy. I just washed the peaches and raspberries, cut the peaches into slices, and put them in a baking dish with the raspberries. Then I sprinkled some sugar and flour on top, mixed them a bit, and popped them in the oven. It only took about 20 minutes, and it’s done! It smells so good and tastes amazing with the sweet peaches and tangy raspberries.
Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies and Amish Sugar Cookies
While the crumbles were baking, I started to make the cookies. For the Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies, I mixed the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract first. In another bowl, I mixed the flour, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal. Then I combined the wet and dry ingredients and added the chocolate chips. After that, I just scooped the dough onto the baking sheet and baked them for about 10 minutes. These cookies are so good! They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with the perfect amount of chocolate chips.
For the Amish Sugar Cookies, it’s even simpler. I creamed together the butter and sugar, added the eggs and vanilla, and then mixed in the flour, baking soda, and salt. The dough is a bit sticky, but that’s okay. I just rolled the dough into balls, flattened them a little, and sprinkled some coarse sugar on top. Baked them for about 8 minutes, and they came out perfect. These cookies are so soft and sweet. They are perfect for anyone who loves a classic sugar cookie.
3 Ingredient No Bake Cheesecake
Finally, the cheesecake. This one is the easiest of them all. I just mixed cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon juice together until smooth. Then I poured the mixture into a pie crust that I bought from the store. I put it in the fridge to let it set for a few hours. And that’s it! This cheesecake is so creamy and delicious. It’s amazing how something so simple can taste so good.
- First time making peach Melba crumbles, and it turned out great!

So, that’s how I made three desserts today. They were all super easy and quick to make, and they all tasted amazing. I’m so glad I decided to make them. If you’re looking for some easy dessert recipes, you should definitely try these!
