Okay, so the other day, I was really craving some California Pizza Kitchen. But, you know, I didn’t feel like going out or even ordering in. I just wanted to chill at home in my pajamas. Then I remembered I had one of those frozen CPK pizzas in my freezer. Score!
I pulled that bad boy out of the freezer, and I gotta say, I was a little skeptical. I mean, can a frozen pizza really capture that CPK magic? I decided to use the microwave oven. Anyway, I followed the instructions.

First thing’s first, I tore open the box. Easy enough, right?
Then, I removed all that extra packaging.
- Opened that microwave.
- Put the pizza in the microwave.
- Set the timer and cooked the pizza as the box recommended.
Then I took the pizza out and sliced it up.
I dug in, and you know what? It wasn’t half bad! It definitely hit the spot for a quick and easy pizza fix. I mean, it’s not the same as a fresh CPK pizza from the restaurant, but for a microwave version, I was pretty impressed. It was a good decision I made.
So, there you have it. My little adventure with a California Pizza Kitchen microwave pizza. It’s definitely a good option when you’re short on time or just feeling lazy. Give it a try sometime! You might be surprised.
