Today, I decided to check out a Thai place called Insee Thai Asian Cuisine. I’d heard some good things about it, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First thing I did was look them up online. Their menu had a bunch of stuff, like Glass Noodle Salad and Thai Cashew Nut, which sounded pretty tasty. They’re located over on Eagles Landing Pkwy, in Stockbridge. I found out they’ve been in business for over 35 years, which is a good sign.
I saw that I could order online, which is always a plus. I browsed through the menu a bit more, saw some familiar dishes like Pad Thai and some different kinds of curry. I ended up ordering Pad Thai and a Green Curry for takeout.
Placed the order online, it was super easy. Then I hopped in the car and drove over to pick it up. The place was pretty casual, nothing too fancy. They had my order ready to go, so I grabbed my food and headed back home.
Once I got home, I dug into the food. The Pad Thai was delicious, just the right amount of spice and flavor. The Green Curry was also really good, creamy and flavorful. It’s some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a while.

I’d definitely recommend Insee Thai Asian Cuisine if you’re in the Stockbridge area and looking for some good Thai food. They’ve got a solid menu, the food is tasty, and the online ordering makes it super convenient. I’ll for sure be going back there again.
