Okay, so the other day I was craving some Thai food. You know, the usual – a little spicy, a little sweet, all delicious. So, I decided to check out this place called “Thai Orchid Cuisine.” I’d heard good things, and their menu looked pretty solid online, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First things first, I jumped onto my phone to look up their menu. I saw some websites mentioning them having a wide range of rice and noodle dishes, stir-fries, and curries. Sounded right up my alley! I also found that this place has a lot of good reviews.

Then, I started digging a bit deeper. I noticed some mentions of a place in Mount Clemens and another in Hendersonville. Seems like they have a few locations. That’s cool. They must be doing something right.
The menu itself was pretty extensive. I saw some appetizers, like spring rolls for $4.5. They’re basically vegetables wrapped in soft rice paper and then deep-fried. Yum!
I also found that they have these “Thai Orchid House Specials.” One that caught my eye was the “NEAU YANG” for $13. It’s a 12 oz New York strip, grilled, and served with their house sauce. They had a dinner special too, but I wasn’t really in the mood for a full-on dinner thing.
- Spring Rolls ($4.5): Just veggies all wrapped up and deep-fried.
- NEAU YANG ($13): A big ol’ steak, grilled up and served with some special sauce.
I decided to give the Mount Clemens location a try since it was closer. The place itself was pretty unassuming, but the food smelled amazing! I ended up ordering the NEAU YANG and some pad thai.
My Order
I finally got the Pad Thai and NEAU YANG. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The pad thai was perfectly balanced, and the steak was cooked just right. It was a good meal, and I’ll definitely be back. The price was reasonable, too. I paid less than $30 in total.
Overall, I’d say Thai Orchid Cuisine is a solid choice if you’re looking for some tasty Thai food. They’ve got a good variety, the prices are decent, and the food is delicious. What more could you ask for?
