Hey everyone, so I recently decided to check out this place called Beverage Outlet in Augusta, GA. I’d heard a bunch about it from some buddies, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. Let me walk you through my whole journey.
First off, I had to figure out where this place even was. After a quick search, I found out it’s located at 248 Bobby Jones Expy. Easy enough, right? So I grabbed my keys and hopped in my car, setting the GPS to that address. The drive over was pretty smooth, no crazy traffic or anything.
When I pulled up, I was immediately struck by how huge the store is. I mean, this place is massive, over 12,000 square feet. Parking was a breeze, plenty of spots right out front. I walked in and was greeted by a blast of cool air, which was nice since it was pretty hot outside.
Store Experience
Once inside, I started exploring. This place has everything. I started with the liquor section. Noticed some cool deals, like COURVOISIER COGNAC V.S 750ML for $27.99, that’s a steal, and the 1.75L bottle was just $55.99. I’m not a huge cognac guy, but I made a mental note for the next time I need to impress someone.
Next, I wandered over to the wine area. I mean, I walked around for a good while, taking in all the different kinds of wine they had. If you are a wine lover, this would be paradise for you.
Then there was the beer section. Oh boy, the beer. They had all the usual suspects, Budweiser 30 Pack for $23.99, Bud Light 24 Pack for $22.99, and even Corona 24 Pack. It’s like they knew what I liked. I grabbed a couple of cases of my favorites. The prices were definitely better than what I usually see at my regular store.
Other Details
I also checked out their hours. They’re open every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, which is super convenient. No matter when you need to stock up, they’re probably open. I chatted with one of the guys working there, and he mentioned they’ve got a bunch of craft beers too. I’m not a huge craft beer guy, but I appreciated the variety.
