So, I’ve been on this sushi kick lately, right? And I heard some good things about this place called HERE Asian Cuisine in Flower Mound. I was like, “Alright, let’s give it a shot.”
First off, I went straight to their website and checked out the menu. They’ve got a ton of stuff, not just sushi, but a whole bunch of Asian dishes. I’m talking appetizers, soups, noodles, the whole nine yards. But I was there for the sushi, so I focused on that.
After I made my picks, I placed an order online. It was super easy, just a few clicks and I was good to go. They had all the usual suspects – California rolls, spicy tuna, and some fancy ones I’d never even heard of.
After ordering online, I headed over to the restaurant to pick it up. It’s at 1050 Flower Mound Rd., a pretty easy spot to find. The place looked clean and the staff was friendly enough. I grabbed my food and took it home.

Sushi: I got a good mix of rolls. The fish tasted fresh, which is like, the most important thing, right? The rice was cooked just right, not too sticky, not too dry. The rolls were put together well, didn’t fall apart when I picked them up with my chopsticks.

Other Stuff: I also tried a little bit of their other stuff just to see. I got some appetizers and the food was pretty good overall, nothing to write home about, but solid.
The Food
All in all, it was a good experience. HERE Asian Cuisine is a decent spot if you’re in Flower Mound and craving some sushi. It wasn’t the best sushi I’ve ever had, but it definitely hit the spot. I’d probably go back again if I was in the area. They offer authentic Asian food and fresh sushi, so you can try whatever you want. I finished my food and felt satisfied. I might explore more of their menu next time, there is a lot to choose from.
