Okay, so I saw this recipe floating around for sugar cookie fudge that only needs three ingredients, and I thought, “No way, that can’t be real.” But my sweet tooth was calling, and I had to give it a shot. I’m all about simple recipes, especially during the holidays when things get crazy. Plus, who doesn’t love fudge?
First, I grabbed the stuff I needed: a bag of white chocolate chips, a can of vanilla frosting, and some sugar cookie mix. Yep, that’s it. I already had the white chocolate at home from another baking adventure, so I just needed to pick up the frosting and cookie mix. Easy peasy.

Next, I lined an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. This is important, trust me. You don’t want your fudge sticking to the pan. I made that mistake once with brownies, and it was a disaster. Learned my lesson the hard way. So, parchment paper is a lifesaver.
Then came the melting part. I dumped the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and nuked them in 30-second intervals. After each zap, I gave them a good stir. It took about three rounds for them to get all smooth and melty. You gotta be patient with this step or you will burn the chocolate, so keep an eye on it!
Once the chocolate was ready, I scooped in the frosting and about half a cup of the sugar cookie mix. Then I mixed everything together until it was nice and combined. It got thick pretty fast, so I had to work quickly. This is where those arm muscles come in handy.
After that, I poured the mixture into my prepared pan and spread it out evenly. It looked pretty good already, but I wanted to make it extra festive. So, I sprinkled some holiday-themed sprinkles on top. You can use any sprinkles you like, or even add in some chopped nuts or dried fruit if that’s your thing.
Finally, I popped the pan into the fridge to let the fudge set. The recipe said to chill it for at least two hours, but I left it in there overnight because I got distracted watching a movie. No big deal, it just meant the fudge was extra firm. And there you go! It’s really simple to make this delicious fudge. Give it a try!
