Okay, so today I wanted to check out this place called Tanczos Beverages in Bethlehem. I’d heard some good things about their beer selection, and well, I’m always up for trying new brews. So, I figured, why not make a day of it?
First things first, I looked them up online to get the address and hours. Made sure they were open, you know? Nothing worse than driving somewhere and finding out it’s closed. Seemed like a pretty straightforward place, just a local beer distributor, but the reviews were solid.

I jumped in my car and punched the address into my GPS. It was a bit of a drive from where I live, but no big deal. The drive was pretty uneventful, just some regular traffic. Got there in one piece, though.
Arriving and First Impressions
Pulled into the parking lot, and it wasn’t too crowded. The building itself is nothing fancy, kind of a warehouse vibe, but hey, it’s all about what’s inside, right?
Walked in, and wow, this place is huge! Rows and rows of beer. Everything from your standard domestics to some pretty obscure craft brews. They had cases, six-packs, individual bottles, you name it. I was a kid in a candy store, I tell ya.
Exploring the Selection
I started wandering around, just browsing. Didn’t really have anything specific in mind, but I was open to suggestions. I saw a few familiar brands, but I was really drawn to the craft beer section. They had stuff from all over the country, and even some imports.
I spent a good amount of time just looking at labels, reading descriptions, that sort of thing. I ended up grabbing a few different six-packs of things I’d never tried before. Some IPAs, a stout, and a sour beer. I like to mix it up.
Getting some help
- One of the guys who worked there saw me browsing and asked if I needed help.
- We chatted for a bit, and he gave me some recommendations based on what I told him I liked.
- Real friendly dude, knew his stuff.
- Ended up getting another six pack based on his suggestion.
Finally, I headed to the checkout with my haul. The cashier was friendly, too. We chatted about beer for a minute while she rang me up.
All in all, it was a good trip. I got some new beers to try, and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re a beer lover and you’re in the Bethlehem area, you gotta check out Tanczos Beverages. It’s worth the trip.
