Alright, let me tell you about my experience with “ashia authentic chinese & japanese cuisine”. I saw this place pop up online, and honestly, I was craving some good Asian food, so I thought, “Why not?”

First thing I did was check out their online menu. Seemed legit – a mix of classic Chinese dishes and some standard Japanese fare like sushi and ramen. Nothing too crazy, but a decent selection.

Next up, I decided to order takeout. I went for a combo of things to get a good feel for the place. Got some General Tso’s chicken (I know, I know, super basic, but it’s a weakness), a California roll, and a small order of pork dumplings. Figured that would give me a decent spread to judge from.

Ordering online was pretty straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and the whole process took maybe five minutes. They gave me an estimated pickup time, which was nice.

When I went to pick up the food, the restaurant itself looked clean and well-maintained. Nothing fancy, but definitely not a dive. The staff was friendly and my order was ready right on time.

Now, the moment of truth: the food. First up, the General Tso’s chicken. It was… okay. Sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the chicken was a tad soggy. Not terrible, but definitely not the best I’ve had.

The California roll was pretty standard. Nothing amazing, but fresh enough and well-rolled. It hit the spot for my sushi craving, but I wouldn’t write home about it.

The pork dumplings were the highlight, surprisingly. They were juicy, flavorful, and the wrappers were perfectly steamed. I could have easily eaten a whole order of those. Seriously good.

So, overall, my experience with “ashia authentic chinese & japanese cuisine” was mixed. Some hits, some misses. The dumplings were definitely worth going back for, but I’d probably skip the General Tso’s next time. Maybe I’ll try something different from the Chinese menu, or explore their ramen options.

Would I recommend it? Yeah, probably. Especially if you’re looking for a quick and easy takeout option and you’re not expecting gourmet-level food. Just be sure to get the dumplings!

  • Pros: Easy online ordering, friendly staff, delicious dumplings.
  • Cons: General Tso’s was too sweet and soggy, California roll was average.

That’s my take on “ashia authentic chinese & japanese cuisine.” Hope this helps if you’re thinking about giving them a try!
