Okay, so I’ve been getting really into grilling lately. Like, REALLY into it. My family is probably sick of burgers and hot dogs at this point, but I just can’t stop! I decided I needed to up my game and find some new recipes, so I went down a total rabbit hole searching for “all up in my grill recipes pdf”.
My Recipe Hunt
I started, per usual, doing some simple searching. Scrolled and searched, and finally wanted to compile my own recipe book, digitally of course.

The “Making a PDF” Part
Then, I’m getting all these recipes, and I don’t want to put my computer in the kitchen, it’s just way too many steps from where I want to grill. So I copy and pasted some recipes in google docs.
- Formatting Fiasco: First things first, I had to make the recipes look somewhat decent. I spent a good hour just playing with fonts, spacing, and adding little headings. It’s not winning any design awards, but hey, it’s functional.
- Ingredient Organization: I made sure to list all the ingredients at the top, in the order they’re used. Ain’t nobody got time to be searching through a paragraph for that one missing spice!
- Step-by-Step Action: I broke down the instructions into super simple steps. Even I can’t mess these up (and that’s saying something).
After copy/pasting and formatting, I go to file, download, and export as a PDF. Boom, I have my very own recipe book!
Grill Time!
I used my new recipe book and fired up the grill. It’s a really great feeling when you made something for yourself and it actually works! I was very happy with the results, and I can’t wait to keep adding to my collection of “all up in my grill” recipes. Time to eat!
