Alright, let me tell ya ’bout this place, Bill and Harry’s Chinese Cuisine. I ain’t no fancy food critic or nothin’, just tellin’ ya like it is, ya know?

So, first off, they got all sorts of stuff. You can eat there, you can take it home, or they’ll even bring it to ya. That’s mighty convenient, especially when you’re tired like this old woman. They even let you call ahead and save a table, which is good ’cause sometimes these places get packed.
Now, I ain’t sure ’bout all them fancy words, but they say it’s “authentic” Chinese food. Means it’s the real deal, I guess. They been around since 1985, started by fellas named Bill and Harry. They say they get their stuff from them Asian markets, gotta be fresh, ya know?
- They got noodles, all kinds. Fried ones, big shrimp ones, chicken, pork, all that.
- And you can pick what kinda meat you want with it, or just veggies if that’s your thing. They got chicken, beef, pork, shrimp… you name it.
I went there last week with my grandkids. Little rascals love them noodles. We got some of that pan-fried noodle stuff, real tasty. Kids had the chicken, I got the shrimp. Portions were big, which is good, ’cause these young’uns eat like horses.
The place itself? It’s alright. Clean enough, tables and chairs, ya know? They say it’s got a “warm and ambient atmosphere,” whatever that means. It’s comfortable, I guess. Good enough for a family dinner, that’s for sure.
They’re open pretty much all day, from lunchtime to dinnertime. Start around 11:30 in the mornin’ and close ’bout 8:30 at night. So, you got plenty of time to get your fill. And if you ain’t sure how busy they are, just give ’em a call. They got a phone number and everything.

They’re located over on Route 10 East, in East Hanover. Easy to find, I reckon. I ain’t got no fancy car with GPS, but even I found it no problem.
Now, I ain’t gonna lie, I don’t know nothin’ ‘bout no “Cantonese cuisine” or “Shandong cuisine”. Sounds like a bunch of gibberish to me. All I know is, the food’s good, the price is right, and the kids are happy. And that’s all that matters to this old woman.
They’re good for kids, too. That’s important, you know? Some places, they don’t like kids, all noisy and messy. But these folks, they seem to be used to it. They got high chairs and everything.
So, if you’re lookin’ for some good Chinese food, and you don’t want to spend a fortune, give Bill and Harry’s a try. It ain’t fancy, but it’s good, honest food. And that’s good enough for me.
You can find them online too, if you’re into that sort of thing. They got menus and prices and pictures and all that. Folks even leave reviews, tellin’ you what they think. Seems like most folks like it just fine.

They even got vegetarian options, for them folks that don’t eat meat. I ain’t one of them, but I seen it on the menu. So, there’s somethin’ for everyone, I guess.
So, there ya have it. Bill and Harry’s Chinese Cuisine. Good food, good price, good folks. What more could ya want?
