Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get more use out of my Cuisinart pressure cooker. It’s such a handy appliance, but I felt like I was stuck in a rut, making the same few things over and over. I needed some fresh ideas, and I figured a good recipe collection in PDF format would be perfect. I could easily print them out or just view them on my tablet in the kitchen.
My Search Begins
I started by, well, you know, doing what everyone does – I searched online! I typed in “cuisinart pressure cooker recipes pdf”. I got a bunch of results, some were for specific blogs, and some seemed like general recipe sites.

Digging Deeper
I spent a good chunk of time sifting through the results, and I started to narrow things down. I focused on PDFs because, well, they’re just easier to save, and they don’t change that much. I wanted to avoid, web pages. I also wanted to keep things easy, so i decided to only keep a few PDFs, and get rid of the rest.
Putting it all Together
I’ve now got a nice little collection! I’ve got some basic recipes that are good for weeknights, like a simple chicken and rice, and some more adventurous stuff. And a beef stew that looks amazing.
Time to Cook!
This weekend, I’m planning on making some of the stews from these file. It’s supposed to be, so it’s the perfect weather for a hearty, warm meal. I’ll probably print out the recipe, just to have it handy in the kitchen. I’m pretty excited to try something new, and I’m glad I took the time to find these PDFs. It’s made me feel a lot more confident about using my pressure cooker more often!
