Okay, here’s my blog post about making a dessert with biscuits and cream cheese, written in a casual, personal style:
So, the other day I was craving something sweet, but I didn’t want to go through the whole baking-a-cake ordeal. You know, the measuring, the mixing, waiting for it to cool… too much! I just wanted something quick and tasty. I rummaged through my pantry and fridge and found some biscuits, a block of cream cheese, and some leftover condensed milk. Ding ding ding! An idea popped into my head.

The “Recipe”(It’s More Like Guidelines, Really)
I didn’t really follow a recipe. This is more like throwing things together that taste good, and hoping for the best. Here’s what I used:
- Biscuits: I Used basic tea biscuits . You could use graham crackers, digestive biscuits, whatever you like!
- Cream Cheese: One block, softened. I just left it on the counter for, like, an hour.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: About half a can? I just eyeballed it.
- Optional Toppings: I had some jam.
Putting it All Together
First, I crushed the biscuits. I didn’t have a fancy food processor, so I just put them in a zip-lock bag and smashed them with a rolling pin. It was pretty therapeutic, actually. You want them to be mostly crumbs, but a few bigger chunks are fine – it adds texture!
Next, I whipped the softened cream cheese. Again, no fancy mixer. Just a fork and some elbow grease. I beat it until it was, you know, kinda fluffy.
Then, I slowly poured in the condensed milk while stirring. I kept adding and stirring until it tasted sweet enough. It’s all about personal preference, so go with your gut. Don’t use the whole can at once unless you have a serious sweet tooth.
Now, the fun part: layering! I grabbed some small glasses (because everything looks fancier in a glass, right?). I spooned a layer of biscuit crumbs into the bottom, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. I repeated that a couple of times.
Finally, I added a little jam on the top layer. You can make it with any toping.
The Result?
Honestly? It was pretty darn good! It was creamy, sweet, and had that nice biscuit-y crunch. It took, like, 10 minutes to make, and it satisfied my sweet craving perfectly.

It’s not the fanciest dessert, but it’s easy, delicious, and customizable. I’ll definitely be making this again!
