Okay, so I wanted to try something new in the kitchen, and I’m not exactly a master chef. But I found this super simple recipe online for peanut butter fudge that only needs three ingredients. I figured, how hard could it be, right? So I grabbed what I needed.
Gathering My Stuff
First, I made sure I had the ingredients. This recipe is a no-brainer, only requiring:

- Peanut butter – obviously, you can’t skip this one. I used the creamy kind because that’s what I like.
- Butter – the regular, salted kind. I guess you could use unsalted, but why would you?
- Powdered sugar – this is what makes it sweet and helps it set, I think.
Mixing It Up
I started by melting the butter. I just popped it in a bowl and nuked it in the microwave until it was all liquid. Then I dumped in the peanut butter and stirred that around until it was all smooth and combined. It smelled pretty good at this point, I gotta say.
Next, I slowly added the powdered sugar. I didn’t want to make a huge mess, so I did it bit by bit, mixing it in until it was all incorporated. It got pretty thick, which I guess is what you want for fudge.
Chilling Out
After all that mixing, I spread the mixture into a dish. I lined it with some parchment paper first so it wouldn’t stick. Then I just popped the whole thing in the fridge.
The recipe said to chill it for at least two hours, but I think I left it in there for a bit longer because I got distracted by a TV show. Anyway, when I finally took it out, it was solid. I lifted it out using the parchment paper and cut it into little squares.
The Taste Test
And that was it! Super easy, right? And let me tell you, this stuff is GOOD. It’s sweet, it’s peanut buttery, and it’s just the right amount of soft and chewy. I’d definitely make this again. Maybe next time I’ll add some chocolate chips or something, just to change it up. But even with just three ingredients, it’s a winner in my book!
Honestly, if you’re looking for a quick and easy treat, you gotta try this. It’s so simple, even I could do it, and I’m no kitchen wizard. Just mix, chill, and enjoy!
