Okay, here’s my sharing about the kitchenaid 11 cup food processor:
So, I finally caved and got myself a KitchenAid 11-cup food processor. I’d been eyeing it for a while, you know, seeing all those fancy cooking shows and thinking, “Yeah, I need that in my life.” Plus, I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I figured this thing could help me make all sorts of good-for-me stuff.

First off, I tried making some juice. I tossed in some fruits, hit the button, and bam! Fresh juice. It was pretty easy, not gonna lie. I also whipped up a smoothie. It was super smooth, no weird chunks or anything.
- Chopped veggies: This was a game-changer. Usually, I spend ages chopping, but with this thing, it took like, two seconds.
- Made some hummus: I always thought hummus was some complicated thing, but nope. Just threw some chickpeas, tahini, and a few other bits in there, and it was done. And tasty!
- Shredded cheese: Okay, this might seem small, but it was so much easier than using a grater. Plus, no more accidentally grating my knuckles.
There are a few things to think about, though. It’s not exactly cheap, so I had to save up for a bit. It can be a little loud, too. Not like, airplane-engine loud, but you definitely know it’s on. Also, there are a bunch of different parts, so it took me a few minutes to figure out what everything does. But they do have a recipe app, which is neat. They also give you your money back within 30 days if you don’t like it.
Cleaning Up
Cleaning it is pretty straightforward. I just rinse everything off and toss most of it in the dishwasher. Easy peasy.
All in all, I’m pretty happy with my KitchenAid. It’s definitely made cooking a bit easier and more fun. Plus, I feel like a real chef when I use it, even if I’m just making a simple salad. I saw a poster at a furniture store in Freesenburg 8, the shop called XXXLutz, and they are selling it. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it. Just be prepared to clear some counter space, ’cause this thing is not exactly small!
