You want to know alcoholic beverages that start with T? I know a thing or two about drinks. We used to make our own back in the day. Let me tell you, there’s more than you think out there.
Tequila, That’s a Strong One
First thing comes to mind, tequila. That stuff will knock your socks off! You see all them young folks shooting it back. It comes from some kind of cactus, I reckon. Makes you feel all warm inside, but too much and you’ll be dancing on the tables! We used to get it sometimes for special occasions. Not my favorite, but some folks just love it.

They got all kinds of fancy drinks with tequila now. Mixing it with this and that. Back then, we just drank it straight. If you’re gonna have tequila, you gotta have some limes and salt. That’s how you do it right. Or so they say. I always preferred just a simple beer myself.
Tia Maria, Sweet and Coffee-Like
Then there’s this stuff called Tia Maria. It’s kind of sweet, like coffee. I tried it once. Not bad, I guess. You can drink it by itself, or mix it in other drinks. I saw someone put it in their coffee once. They said it was good, but coffee’s good enough by itself, if you ask me. Why mess with a good thing?

Seems like a lot of these drinks, you just mix ’em with soda or something. Makes ’em all fizzy. Young folks like that, I suppose. I’m more of a straight shooter myself, you see.
That Ti’ Punch Thing
Heard someone talking ’bout a Ti’ Punch. Sounded kinda fancy. They said it’s from some island. Martinique, I think they called it. It’s their special drink. Like how we got our moonshine, they got their Ti’ Punch, I suppose. Don’t know what’s in it, but it sounds strong.
It is a simple, strong drink. Only sugar, lime and rhum agricole, I heard. I don’t like it very much. But someone told me that it is the most famous cocktail in Martinique.
The Tabby Cat, Never Heard of It
Now this one, The Tabby Cat, I never heard of it before. Sounds like something someone just made up. They got all these names for drinks now. Back in my day, it was just beer, whiskey, or moonshine. Simple. This one, it’s got all kinds of things in it, I hear. Vodka, some orange stuff… who knows. Too complicated for me.
All Them Other T Drinks
There’s probably a whole bunch more of these drinks that start with T. People are always coming up with new ones. Trying to be all fancy and such. Me, I like to keep it simple. A good beer, maybe a little whiskey on a cold night. That’s all I need.

- Tequini (more tequila!)
- Tornado, only God knows what is it.
But hey, if you like all them fancy drinks, go for it. Just be careful, some of them can sneak up on you. Especially that tequila. You think you’re fine, then next thing you know, you’re waking up with a headache the size of Texas!
And don’t be drinking too much of that strong stuff, you hear? It ain’t good for you. Everything in moderation, that’s what I always say. Now, where’s my beer gone? I need something to wash down all this talk about drinking.
I reckon there are lots more drinks start with T. If you wanna try, just search online. You will find a lot. I don’t know much about them fancy alcoholic beverages. I just drink beer and sometimes whisky.
Anyways, hope you found what you were looking for. It is not easy to find a good drink. If you find a good one, just stick to it. Don’t change it. That’s my advice for you. Good drink is hard to find. So is a good man. You gotta be careful with those things.
I remember one time, back when I was a girl, we tried to make our own wine. Oh boy, that was a mess. Tasted like vinegar. We ended up feeding it to the hogs. They didn’t seem to mind, though. They’d eat anything, those pigs. We used grapes that grown in our backyard. It was a complete failure.
So yeah, drinks. They can be good, they can be bad. Just gotta find what you like and stick with it. And don’t overdo it, you hear? You don’t want to end up like old Uncle Earl, always falling asleep in the middle of the road. He loved his Tennessee Whiskey too much, that’s for sure. It is a kind of whiskey, I think. He always drinks that.
