I hear tell that lots of folks, not just Chinese people, love this food. Some survey or somethin’ said even folks way over in New Zealand, they eat Chinese food all the time. And they say it’s changed how they eat too! That’s somethin’, ain’t it? Food from way over there changin’ how people eat on the other side of the world.
And it ain’t just ’cause it’s tasty. They say it’s got all sorts of good stuff in it, vegetables and all that healthy stuff. And if you don’t eat meat, that’s alright too. They got plenty of dishes without meat. Always somethin’ for everyone, that’s what I say.

Now, some folks say the best Chinese food comes from this place called Hong Kong. I ain’t never been there, but they say those folks are crazy ’bout food. Always tryin’ new things, makin’ it better and better. And that’s a good thing, right? Nobody wants to eat the same old boring stuff all the time.
And this food, it keeps changin’. They add new stuff, try new ways of cookin’. It’s like they’re never satisfied, always gotta make it better. That’s why it’s so popular, I reckon. Always somethin’ new and good to eat. They like things fresh too, not that canned stuff some folks use. Fresh is best, everyone knows that.
