Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “neuro sleep” drink all over TikTok and Instagram, and I was like, I gotta try this. My sleep schedule has been, shall we say, interesting lately, so I was down for anything that might help.
First, I went on a mission to find it. I checked a couple of grocery stores, and finally found it at a health food store. They had a few different flavors, but I grabbed the original one, figuring I’d start with the basics.

The Experiment Begins
I decided to try it for a week to really see if it made a difference. Here’s how it all happened:
- Night 1: I drank it about an hour before bed. The taste? Not bad, kinda fruity. I felt a little more relaxed, but nothing crazy. I did fall asleep a bit faster than usual, though.
- Night 2: Same routine. Drank it, chilled out, and… I think I slept a little deeper this time. I usually wake up a few times, but I only remember waking up once.
- Nights 3-7: By this point, I was starting to see a pattern. I was definitely falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer. I wasn’t waking up feeling groggy either, which was a major plus.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. I will for sure going to keep a few bottles on hand for those nights when my brain just won’t shut off. It’s not something I’d use every single night, just to avoid the body tolerance. But overall, worth a try if you’re looking for a little extra sleep support!
