Okay, here’s my blog post about making desserts with biscuits and cream cheese, written in a casual, first-person style, and formatted with basic HTML tags:
So, I’ve been on this huge dessert kick lately. I wanted something easy, no-bake, and, you know, delicious. I had a bunch of biscuits lying around and a block of cream cheese in the fridge, and my brain just went “ding ding ding!” Let’s see what happens!

Getting Started
First, I grabbed those biscuits. I chose simple, buttery ones, because I am a total butter fan. But you can use whatever you got, really! Graham crackers, digestive biscuits, even Oreos (without the filling!) would probably work great.
I crushed them up. I am using my trusty food processor, but honestly, a Ziploc bag and a rolling pin work just as well. Get ’em nice and fine, like sand. I wanted the crust to be smooth.
Making the Cream Cheese Filling
Next up, the star of the show: cream cheese! I took that block of cream cheese and beat it with some powdered sugar until it was all light and fluffy. I like to use a good amount of sugar, Don’t be shy, okay? Sweet is a lifestyle.
- I added a splash of vanilla extract. Because vanilla makes everything better.
- Then I folded in some whipped cream. This is optional, but it makes the filling extra light and airy. Totally worth it if you have some on hand.
Putting It All Together
I grabbed some small glasses. Layering desserts just look fancy, you know? It elevates the whole thing. I spooned some of the biscuit crumbs into the bottom of each glass, then added a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture.
I repeated the layers – biscuits, cream cheese, biscuits, cream cheese – until the glasses were full. I ended with a layer of cream cheese on top, because, why not?
The Final Touch (and Taste Test!)
I popped those babies in the fridge for at least an hour. This helps everything set up and get nice and cold. You could eat them right away, but patience is a virtue, especially when dessert is involved.
Finally, I added fresh fruit on top, it is good looking.

The taste test? Oh. My. Goodness. Seriously, so good! The creamy, tangy cream cheese with the buttery, slightly salty biscuits… it’s a perfect match. And so easy to make! This is definitely going into my regular dessert rotation. You all should give it a go! I’m gonna go enjoy another one right now…
