Getting Started
Okay so tonight I stared at this pack of Wagyu ground beef in my fridge thinking “gotta use this before it goes bad”. Realized I was crazy hungry with zero time. Decided to wing some 20-minute meal experiments.
Stuff I Grabbed
- Wagyu ground beef (duh)
- Half an onion from yesterday’s takeout
- Random veggie mix freezer bag
- Soy sauce packet collection
- That almost-expired feta cheese
Cooking Like a Maniac
First, slammed my skillet on high heat. Threw in the beef while ripping the onion apart with my fingers – no time for chopping fine. Heard that awesome sizzle when Wagyu fat hits hot metal. Poked the meat around like it owed me money.

When beef turned from pink to not-pink, dumped the freezer veggies straight in. Ice crystals went flying everywhere. Who cares. Splashed two soy packets over everything while stirring nonstop with my left hand.
The Final Stretch
Saw clock ticking so just nuked some leftover rice. When microwave beeped, scraped the beef mess straight onto rice mountains. Crumble-fisted feta cheese over top – didn’t even measure. Took exactly 17 minutes from fridge to plate.
Why This Slaps
Wagyu makes even lazy cooking taste fancy rich. Soy sauce + beef fat created this stupid good sauce that soaked into rice. Feta melted into salty pockets. Kids inhaled it while I stood there with meat grease on my shirt. Zero cleanup win – used the same pan for everything.
