Okay, so today I wanna talk about this place called Rasoi Fusion Indian Cuisine. I’ve been meaning to try more Indian food, and this spot kept popping up, so I figured, why not?
First off, I checked out their website to see what they were all about. Looks like they’re located in Roswell, which is pretty convenient. The site mentioned they have all the classics like Chicken Curry and some other stuff like Goat Vindaloo, which sounded interesting. They also had this Lamb Sheekh Kabab, which I’d never heard of before, but hey, I’m always up for trying something new.

So, I decided to just go for it and headed over there. The place was easy enough to find, right on Holcomb Bridge Rd. I walked in and got seated pretty quickly. The menu was packed with a bunch of options, but I was really curious about that lentil soup they mentioned online. It had tomatoes, vegetables, lemon, herbs, and Indian spices. Sounded like a good way to start.
- Ordered the lentil soup, and man, it was delicious! Just the right amount of spice and tanginess.
- For the main course, I went with the Chicken Curry. It’s a classic for a reason, right? It was super flavorful, and the chicken was cooked perfectly.
- My buddy who came along tried the Goat Vindaloo. He said it was really good, a bit spicier than the curry, but he loved it.
The whole experience
The whole experience was great. The food was amazing, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I also saw that you can order online for pickup or delivery, which is super handy. I definitely recommend checking out Rasoi Fusion if you’re in Roswell and craving some good Indian food. I know I’ll be back to try some of their other dishes, especially that Lamb Sheekh Kabab!
So yeah, that’s my little food adventure for today. Hope you guys found this helpful, and maybe it’ll inspire you to go on your own Indian food journey. Peace out!
