Okay, so I’ve been wanting a new kitchen table for a while. My old one was this clunky, rectangular thing that took up way too much space. I started looking around, and I kept seeing these round glass kitchen tables and I thought, “Hey, that’s a cool, modern look.”
First, I measured my kitchen space. Gotta make sure it fits, right? I didn’t want to end up with something that would over power the whole area.

Then I started to look at different kinds of glass styles and table bases. I’m going to list the types to help you choose:
- Clear Glass: Basic and shows everything.
- Frosted Glass: Kinda hides fingerprints, which is good.
- Metal Base: Seemed sturdy and modern.
- Wood Base: Looks great, maybe not as modern.
I went with a smaller, clear glass top with a metal base. Figured it’d be easy to clean and, it went with my mostly metal and white kitchen.
I found a few options online, read some reviews, and I found one from a store. Then I went to the store and I ordered one that was the perfect size, and it was on sale!
They delivered it a week later. Putting it together was, well, kinda annoying to get the glass on just right, but after 20 minutes of struggling with it, the table was finally ready.
Now, I have a new, and stylish table. It makes the kitchen feel bigger and brighter. It’s also way easier to wipe down after dinner, so that’s a bonus.
