Today I tried to make some Teriyaki Pork Chops, and man, it turned out to be a good decision. I’ve been seeing these recipes pop up all over my feed, and I finally gave in. Let me tell you, they’re worth the hype!

Simple Pork Chop Recipes Teriyaki: Try This Recipe That Only Takes a Few Ingredients

First things first, I gathered all my ingredients. I grabbed some nice-looking pork chops from the grocery store, then I made sure I had soy sauce, some honey, a bit of garlic, and some ginger. I also got some rice and veggies to serve on the side. Nothing fancy, just regular stuff you’d find in any kitchen.

I started by whipping up the teriyaki sauce. I mixed the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. I whisked them together until it looked all smooth and combined. It smelled pretty good already, so I was getting excited at this point.

Next, I took those pork chops and put them in a shallow dish. I poured the teriyaki sauce all over them, making sure each chop was nicely coated. Then, I covered the dish with some plastic wrap and stuck it in the fridge. I let them marinate for about an hour. I guess you could do it for longer, but I was hungry!

After the wait, I preheated my oven to 375°F (190°C). I placed the marinated pork chops in a baking dish. I poured a little extra sauce over them because, why not? More sauce, more flavor, right?

Cooking Time

  • I baked them for about 25 minutes.
  • I flipped them halfway through to make sure they cooked evenly.
  • While the pork chops were baking, I cooked some rice and steamed some broccoli.

Once they were done, I pulled them out of the oven. They looked so juicy and delicious! I served them over the rice and added the broccoli on the side. I even drizzled some of the leftover sauce from the baking dish over everything. Presentation matters, you know?

The first bite was amazing. The pork chops were so tender and full of flavor. The teriyaki sauce had this perfect balance of sweet and savory. It was seriously good. Even my picky eaters at home loved them, which is a huge win in my book.

All in all, these Baked Teriyaki Pork Chops are a winner. They’re easy to make, don’t require any weird ingredients, and taste fantastic. I’ll definitely be making these again. If you’re looking for a simple and tasty dinner idea, give this a try. You won’t regret it!
