Okay, so I’ve been craving Thai food lately, like, really craving it. And not just any Thai food, I wanted to try making some at home. I figured the first step was to get a good feel for the dishes, so I decided to dive into a “spice thai cuisine menu.”
I started by, you know, just Googling it. Typed in “spice thai cuisine menu” and boom – tons of stuff popped up. I didn’t click on any of the links, though. I just wanted to see what the general vibe was, what dishes kept appearing.

I spent a good while scrolling, just looking at image after image of delicious-looking food. I started to notice some patterns. Lots of curries, obviously – red, green, yellow. Pad Thai was all over the place. And then there were things I’d never heard of before, like “Khao Soi” and “Tom Kha Gai.” It was a bit overwhelming, honestly.
My Makeshift Menu
So, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen – old school, I know – and started making my own little “menu.” Not a real menu, of course, just a list of dishes that sounded interesting and that I thought I could maybe handle.
- Pad Thai: Because, duh. It’s a classic for a reason.
- Green Curry: Seemed like a good starting point for curries.
- Tom Yum Soup: I love a good, spicy soup.
- Mango Sticky Rice: Gotta have dessert, right?
I decided to keep it simple for my first attempt. I figured these four dishes would give me a good taste of Thai cuisine without being too intimidating.
Next, I watched a few videos. Just casual stuff, nothing too fancy. Mostly to get an idea of the ingredients and the basic cooking techniques. I didn’t follow any specific recipes at this point, I was just soaking it all in.
Then i listed needed ingredients and start prepare for real cooking.
This “spice thai cuisine menu” deep dive really helped me get a feel for what Thai food is all about. I’m still a total beginner, but at least now I have a starting point. Wish me luck – I’m gonna need it!
