Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about this “Feel Great” system, and I was like, “Yeah, yeah, another health fad.” But honestly, I was feeling pretty sluggish, my digestion was all messed up, and I just wasn’t feeling my best. So, I figured, why not give it a shot? I’m all about experimenting, especially if it might make me feel, well, great!
The first thing I did was actually look into what goes into this thing. It’s basically two products: something and mat. I started digging into the ingredients lists, trying to figure out what makes this stuff tick.

Unimate
I started with Unimate.
- Yerba Mate: okay.
- other ingredients:Steviol,Glycosides ,Citric Acid,Natural Flavors, and etc.
Balance
Next, I looked into Balance’s ingredient list.
- Fibers : I’m not sure, I’m a bit skeptical.
- other ingredients:Policosanol ,Citric Acid,Xanthan Gum,Sucralose,and etc.
I was get it.
So, I started by just mixing the Balance with water, per the instructions. Honestly, the taste wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t terrible either. It was kind of like a slightly grainy, slightly sweet, vaguely citrus-y drink. I chugged it down about 10-15 minutes before my meals, just like they said.
Then, I added the Unimate into my routine. Usually, I’d have it in the morning instead of my usual coffee. I found it easiest to just throw it in a shaker bottle with some cold water and ice. The first few days, I was kind of waiting for some magical “aha!” moment. It didn’t really happen like that. But, I did notice I wasn’t craving that mid-morning snack as much. And my energy levels felt a bit more…stable. No crazy highs and lows.
The biggest change, though, was my digestion. Seriously. Things were just…moving better. No more bloating after meals, no more feeling sluggish and heavy. That alone made me a believer. I’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now, and I’m genuinely feeling better. I’m sleeping better, my skin looks clearer, and I just have more energy throughout the day.
So, yeah, I’m definitely sticking with this for now. It’s not magic, but it’s definitely making a difference for me.
