Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “bottomless beverages” thing all over social media, and I finally decided to give it a shot. You know, the idea of having unlimited refills of your favorite drinks? Sounds pretty awesome, right?
Getting Started
First, I gathered all my supplies. I’m a big iced tea person, so I brewed a HUGE batch of that. Like, seriously, the biggest pitcher I could find. I also made some lemonade, because variety is the spice of life, or something like that.
- Big ol’ pitcher of iced tea
- Another pitcher of lemonade
- Tons of ice (this is key!)
- Some cute glasses (gotta make it feel fancy)
- Straws (because I’m clumsy)
The Experiment
I set up my little drink station in the kitchen. Pitcher of tea, pitcher of lemonade, ice bucket, glasses, straws – the whole shebang. I even put a little sign that said “Bottomless Beverages – Help Yourself!” just for fun.
Then, the real test began. I started my day, working from home, and every time I felt thirsty, I went to my station and refilled my glass. No holding back! Iced tea in the morning, lemonade in the afternoon, maybe a mix of both later on. I was living the dream!
The Results
Honestly, it was pretty great. I definitely stayed more hydrated than usual. I think I drank, like, double the amount of liquids I normally do. And it was just fun! It felt like a little treat throughout the day. I might do some different drinks next time. It’s great.
Would I do it again? Absolutely! It was a fun little experiment, and it definitely made my workday a little more enjoyable. Plus, I saved money by not buying drinks from the store. Win-win!
