Alright, let me tell you about this little project I got myself into. So, I’ve always wanted one of those fancy KitchenAid stand mixers, you know, the ones that look like they belong in a magazine. And not just any color, I had my heart set on Tiffany Blue. It’s just so darn pretty, and it matches my kitchen’s vibe perfectly.
First things first, I needed to get my hands on one. I started scouring local stores, checking out the usual suspects like department stores and kitchen specialty shops. I hit up a few places, looked at my options. I had to get up early in the morning to get to the stores before they sold out. I wanted the right model so that it can fit under my kitchen cabinet. The Artisan series are about 14 inches tall and the classic series are about 17 inches tall. And guess what? I found a place with a small sale, the classic series is 10 bucks cheaper than the Artisan. Well I chose the Artisan series eventually.

After getting the mixer, I needed to think about how I wanted to set it up. There’s one thing left to do.

Setting Up
It was time to start to assemble the mixer. I put the bowl on the base and attached the mixing paddle. Now time to try it out. I whipped up a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Tossed in the flour, sugar, eggs, and the rest. Turned the mixer on low to get things going, then cranked it up to really mix it all together. In no time, I had perfect cookie dough. It is just so perfect.
I am so happy with how it all turned out. It’s like I’ve got a little piece of kitchen heaven right on my countertop. And the best part? It makes baking so much easier and more fun. If you’re thinking about getting one of these mixers, especially in Tiffany Blue, I say go for it. It’s totally worth it.
